    Credit card: Payment will be made at the time of ordering (or when the reservation is confirmed).

Bank transfer: Please make payment within 3 days after placing your order (or after your reservation is confirmed). If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, your order may be automatically canceled.

  1. Product delivery time and service provision time
    Merchandise: We will ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Tour/Guide Services: Services will be provided at the date and time confirmed upon booking.

Photo and video production: We will deliver the work in digital format or on media based on the delivery date specified at the time of the contract.

  1. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
    Merchandise:

Returns and exchanges for customer convenience are limited to unopened and unused items within 7 days of receiving the product (return shipping costs are borne by the customer).

In the case of a defective product or an incorrect shipment, we will promptly replace it with a good product (shipping costs will be borne by our company).

Tour and guide services:

If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Up to 4 days in advance: Free

3 days before to the day before: 30% of the fee

Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100% of the fee

Cancellation due to weather etc. (Important):

Due to the nature of astronomical observation tours, if the tour is deemed unsafe due to bad weather, the tour will be canceled. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged and all payments will be refunded.
