Article 4 (Suspension of the Provision of the Service, etc.)

Our firm may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to the user if it determines that any of the following circumstances exist:

  1. When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the computer system related to this service.
  2. In the event that it becomes difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or other natural disasters,

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. Our firm shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with this service, except in cases where such damages are attributable to our firm's negligence.
  2. We cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from changes in the specifications of external services (SNS, search engines, external plugins, etc.) during website development.
  3. In outdoor activities such as nature guiding, we will not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to weather or natural conditions, or for accidents caused by force majeure, provided that appropriate safety measures are in place.

Article 6 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

Our firm may change the content of this service or discontinue providing this service without notifying users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms of Use)

Our firm reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to users if it deems it necessary.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

Our firm will handle personal information obtained through the use of this service appropriately in accordance with our separately defined "Privacy Policy."

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. In interpreting these Terms and Conditions, Japanese law shall be the governing law.
  2. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
