  2. Consultation and preliminary estimate We will check the condition of your computer, either by having you bring it in or by visiting your location, and then provide you with an estimate of the necessary work and the exact cost.
  3. Support work Once you are satisfied with the estimate, we will begin the repair and setup work.
  4. Functionality check and payment We will perform a functional check with the customer, and once you have confirmed that the problem has been resolved, you will pay the fee.

Q. Will the manufacturer or the store where I purchased it provide support regardless of location? A. Yes, we can support any computer, regardless of whether it's Windows or Mac, and regardless of the manufacturer or where it was purchased.

Q. What are the service areas for on-site support? A. Currently, we provide on-site support mainly in Okinawa City, Ginowan City, and Chatan Town. Please feel free to contact us regarding other areas as well.

Q. Can you repair older computers? A. Depending on the condition, in many cases, replacing parts or reorganizing the system can make it work smoothly. If buying a new one is more cost-effective, we will honestly inform you of this and offer support for data migration, etc.
